50% is due at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable 14 days before arrival. If you have to cancel, we will do our best to rebook these days, if we can rebook all days with new guests, you will get deposit back minus $30 cancellation fee. All early cancellations are charged $30. The final 50% of booking is due 1 day prior to arrival.
This final payment is non-refundable. No refunds on early departures. All bookings cancelled due to winter weather in Garfield need to be rebooked and used within 90 days of cancellation.
